1) This is an Application for restoration of WP No. 2626 of 2023, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by Order dated 14th June 2024. 1.1) Record clearly indicates that, Petition was earlier also dismissed and was restored by an Order dated 19th March 2024. 1.2) The reason for dismissal of Petition is aptly mentioned in para No.1 of Order dated 14th June 2024. However at the profuse request of Advocate for the Applicant and on his statement that, for restoration of the Petition, the Applicant will voluntarily pay a cost of Rs. 10,000/- to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center, 1/2
dtg 22-Ia-4416-2024.doc within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of the High Court of Bombay.
