This is an application for restoration of the Criminal Writ Petition (Stamp) No.1935 of 2023 with a prayer for condonation of delay of three days in filing the present application. The main writ petition was dismissed for non prosecution vide the order dated 21.06.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant states that, on that date his mother was not well and, therefore, he could not remain present in the Court resulting in dismissal of the petition. 2.
