P.C.:- 1) This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.3376 of 2023, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide an order dated 19th July 2024.

2) Learned counsel for the Applicants/Petitioners submitted that on that date, he tried to appear through Video Conferencing. However, due to some minor lapse on his part, he did not mention for whom he was appearing and therefore, he was not admitted in the 1/2

He submitted that he tried to connect through Video Conferencing but was unable to do so and because of this, the Writ Petition came to be dismissed for nonprosecution. 3) Considering his submission and in the interest of justice, Criminal Writ Petition No.3376 of 2023 is restored to its original file. It shall be listed on 13th January 2025 for Admission. 4) Interim Application stands disposed of.
