P.C.:- 1) This is an Application for restoration of the Petition which was dismissed for non prosecution by Order dated 12th June 2024. 1.1) There is a delay of 18 days in preferring present Application. The reasons for dismissal of Petition are aptly mentioned in Paragraph Nos. 2 and 3 of Order dated 12th June 2024. However, at the profuse request of learned Advocate Ms. Parab and on her statement that, for condonation of the said delay and restoration of the Petition, the Petitioner will pay a cost of Rs.3000/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay, within a period of one week from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of High Court of Bombay, delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
