Yesterday, learned Counsel for the petitioner had submitted that the medical condition of the applicant is precarious, inasmuch as, he is suffering from Paralysis and brain hemorrhage. Pursuant thereto, Wakodikar 1/2
914-IA-4454-2024.doc the matter was kept today. We had asked the learned APP to verify the statement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner i.e. petitioner's medical condition.

Today, learned APP has tendered a report of Mangalmurti Multispeciality Hospital addressed to API Mr. Kendre attached to Aundh Police Station, Satara, by Dr. Prashant Jagtap. In the said report, it is stated that the patient is neither paralised nor has any hemorrhage.

Thus, there is no urgency in deciding the application. 4.
