By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court (Coram : Anil S. Kilor, J.) by order dated 22nd July 2024 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the condition that, the Applicant shall attend the Police Station twice in month till conclusion of the tiral. Hence, requested to allow the Application.

The learned counsel APP strongly objected on the ground that, if condition is relaxed the Applicant may abscond. Hence, requested to reject the Application.

I have heard both learned counsel. perused order passed by this Court.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Condition No.(iii) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :Anil S. Kilor, J.) by order dated 22nd July 2024 is modified as under:- "The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in three months, as per his convenience."

(iii) The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
