By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition No.(ii) imposed by order dated 7th October 2019 passed by this Court (Coram : Smt. Anuja Prabhudessai, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition the applicant was directed to report to P.I., Bhiwandi Crime Unit-II on 1st Monday of every month till disposal of R.C.C.No.1620 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM investigation has been completed and the trial has already commenced. The applicant is attending the Court dates regularly. Hence, requested to SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2025.03.04 16:42:50 +0530 allow the application.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel as well as the fact that charge-sheet has been filed against the applicant and trial has commenced and applicant is attending the trial court dates regularly, I pass the following order :

O R D E R

(I) The bail condition mentioned in clause (iii) of the order dated 7th October 2019 passed by this Court (Coram : Smt. Anuja Prabhudessai, J.) is relaxed.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

The interim application stands disposed of.
