Learned APP on instructions states that steps have been taken to apprehend the absconding accused Sandeep Suresh Kandalkar. She states that the police have filed an application seeking cancellation of Sandeep Kandalkar's bail and that in the said application, bailable warrants have been issued by the Court on 2nd January 2025. She further states that LOC has been issued against the said accused Sandeep Kandalkar on 8th January 2025 and his travel history is also sought from the appropriate authority. She seeks further time of three weeks.
