For the reasons stated in this interim application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A), which reads thus: "A. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow this application for Condonation of delay and thereby condone the delay of 221 days in filing the present Appeal against conviction challenging the Order Conviction dated 11.01.2024 passed by Ld. Court of Sessions, Khed in Sessions Case No.03/2016 for offences punishable under sections 376(1) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860."
