The learned counsel further submitted that Respondent No.2 has already argued the matter. Hence, matter be proceeded without presence of learned counsel for Respondent No.2.

Considering the submission of learned APP and learned counsel for the Applicant, last chance is given to Respondent No.2 to proceed with the matter on next date. If on the next date Respondent No.2 failed to appear before the Court, this Court would decide the matter on merit.
