This is an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No. 2208 of 2024 which was dismissed for non prosecution vide the order dated 25.09.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there was no intention to not to appear before the Court, but inadvertently the matter remained unattended. The petitioner has a good case on merits. 2.
