P.C.:- 1) This Interim Application is for carrying out amendment in the main Petition. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the prayer for quashing of the proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 would not be maintainable in the present Petition, which is essentially filed for quashing of the F.I.R. He has sought amendment which is mentioned in paragraph No.3 of this Application.
