This is an Application for intervention by the prosecution witness (PW) no. 4.

Learned advocate for the Applicant submitted that Applicant had suffered injury in the incident which was reported by his brother (Janardan Devkar) who is the Complainant/First Informant. It is pointed out from the impugned judgment that the present Applicant had admittedly sustained injuries to the waist and left arm.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Applicant can be permitted to intervene in the matter.

Therefore, the Application is allowed. The Applicant is permitted to intervene.

The Appellants are directed to implead the Applicant as the Respondent No. 2. Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Advocate for the Applicant waives service of the Appeal.
