By this application, applicant is praying for modification of order passed by this Court [Coram:Sarang V. Kotwal,J.] dated 25th July, 2024. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the Applicant that the Applicant has been released on bail by this Court. The Applicant has directed to furnish P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. But the Applicant is poor and is unable to furnish the sureties as directed by this Court. Hence, requested to modify the order.

Learned APP and learned counsel for Respondent No.2 fairly submitted that appropriate order be passed.

Considering the submissions of all the learned counsel and perusal of the letter give by the Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, I pass following order:

ORDER

(i) The Bail Order dated 25th July, 2024 is modified as under: The Applicant be released on P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/-.

(ii) The Applicant shall furnish P.R. Bond of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties within six months after he is released on bail. (iii) Application is disposed of accordingly.
