The Applicant had earlier filed Criminal Application No.1364 of 2017 in Criminal Appeal No.808 of 2017. At that time, the Application for bail was allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file Application for expeditious hearing of the Appeal.

Interim Application No.1839 of 2024 is filed for his release on bail during pendency of the Appeal and Interim Application No.4516 of 2024 is filed by the Applicant through jail for release on bail. However, considering the earlier order passed in Interim Application No.1364 of 2017 on 23/11/2017, the learned Counsel for the Applicant does not press the H. C. Shiv 1/2

13.ia4516.24.doc prayer for bail. However, she prayed that Criminal Appeal No.808 of 2017 be listed for final disposal.

The request is reasonable. Criminal Appeal No.808 of 2017 be listed for final disposal at the end of the admission board on 05/08/2025. 4.

Interim Application Nos.1839 of 2024 and 4516 of 2024 are disposed of.
