Heard Mr. Bangar, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Ganapathy, learned APP for Respondent - State. 2.

Perused the Interim Application. For the reasons stated in the Application and on hearing learned Advocate for Applicant as also learned APP, I am inclined to delete condition No. (3) appearing in bail order dated 05.03.2024. However, it is made clear that Applicant shall attend hearing in the Trial Court on all scheduled dates and shall not derelict by seeking any adjournments in the Trial Court unless absolutely necessary.

Rest of the bail conditions in the order dated 05.03.2024 shall remain as it is.
