Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

This Court has already applied its mind and granted interim relief to the Applicant by a detailed order dated 20.03.2024. On 19.09.2024, this Court granted further indulgence to Applicant and continued ad-interim / interim relief, however while doing so specific direction was given to Applicant in paragraph No.5. 3.
Learned Advocate for Applicant would submit that he has filed affidavit online on 08.10.2024, however he has candidly agreed before the Court that copy of the affidavit has not been given to other side. Mr. Pandey would inform the Court that he has given copy of the
929. CRI IA 4530-2024.docx affidavit only to the APP but not given to Mr. Kandoi. It is seen that learned APP and Mr. Kandoi both were present on the said date before this Court. Copy of the affidavit is handed over to Mr. Kandoi just now in Court. Mr. Kandoi shall apply his mind and apprise the Court on the next adjourned date. In the meanwhile, it shall be open to the Applicant to prepare demand draft/s in the name of the intervenor in respect of the amount due and payable according to him in order to show his bonafides and deposit the same with the Investigating Officer.
