By this application, applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram : N. J. Jamadar, J.) vide order dated 08.01.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the present case investigation is completed and chargesheet has been filed. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court has imposed the condition No.7(iii) "The applicant shall mark his presence at the concerned Police Station on the first Monday of every month between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon for a period of two years or till conclusion of trial, whichever is earlier". Learned counsel for the applicant further submitted that applicant is finding it difficult to attend the police station on every first Monday of 1/2

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) Interim Application is allowed.

(ii) Condition No. 7 (iii) of Order dated 08.01.2024 is relaxed. ( SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) 2/2
