By this application, the Applicant is seeking modify the condition Nos.(c) and (d) of the order dated 2nd November, 2023 passed by the Court (Coram: M. S. Karnik, J). 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that this Court has directed the Applicant to attend the Investigating Officer of Charkop Police Station, Mumbai twice a month on the first and third Monday of every month between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Shantanu Dhudum 1/2

36-IA-4544-2024.doc Applicant is finding difficulty to comply the said condition as Applicant is working women. Learned counsel further submitted that six weeks time be extend to furnish the surety. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

I have heard both learned counsel.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicant and reasons mentioned in the application, the condition No. (d) is relaxed as under:- "(d) The Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer, Charkop Police Station, Mumbai once in two months, as per convenience of the Applicant."

As far as condition No.(c) is concerned, six weeks' time is extended to furnish the surety.
