Interim Application No.4547 of 2024 which is listed at serial No.13 on today's board is filed seeking condonation of delay of 181 days in filing Criminal Revision Application (Stamp) No.1725 of 2024. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay stands condoned. Criminal Revision Application (Stamp) No.1725 of 2024 is directed to be lodged and registered. Copy of the same shall be served on Mr. Patil, Advocate for Respondent. Parties are directed to complete their pleadings before the next adjourned date. 4.

In view of the above, Interim Application No.4547 of 2024 stands disposed.
