Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant i.e. original Respondent.

None appears for the original Petitioner.

The relief sought in the present Interim Application is to allow the withdrawal of an amount of Rs.2,90,000/- deposited in the registry of this Court. The said prayer is sought on the basis of the order dated 31st March 2021 passed by a learned Single Judge Sonali

911-IA-4555-2024.DOC in Interim Application No.669 of 2020 in Writ Petition No.3833 of 2018.

It is mentioned in the Interim Application that inspite of the order dated 31st March 2021, the registry has not deposited the said amount in the Applicant's bank account, as bank account of the Applicant is in her maiden name i.e. Varsha Bhanudas Nirwan. 5.

Accordingly, the registry is directed to deposit the said amount along with accrued interest as directed by the order dated 31st March 2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in Interim Application No.669 of 2020 in Writ Petition No.3833 of 2018 in the bank account of the Applicant, which is standing in her maiden name i.e. Varsha Bhanudas Nirwan.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
