This is an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.2055 of 2022. The said Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution vide the order dated 27/06/2024. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that due to technical difficulty, the display in the bar room was not working and he could not take follow up of the matter when it reached. Considering this situation, inspite of opposition of the Respondent No.2, in the interest of justice, we are inclined to allow this application.

(ii) Interim Application is disposed of.

(iii) Writ Petition No.2055 of 2022 be listed for consideration on 22/09/2025.
