4) By Order dated 31st July, 2024 the Applicants were granted four weeks' time to furnish surety. Learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that, the Applicants are from different states and therefore, they could not arrange the surety. Now the Applicants are in a position to furnish the surety, in a week's time.

5) The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court. 6) In view thereof, the Applicants/Petitioners shall furnish the surety 1/2
