The present Application seek restoration of the Criminal Writ Petition (St) No. 464 of 2024 which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 01.08.2024. We have heard the counsel for the Applicant and perused the Application which has set out the specific reasons in para Nos.3 and 4 for not attending the proceedings. Being satisfied with the bonafides of the Application and the reasons stated therein, the Interim Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
