By this petition, the petitioners essentially seek a direction to the Dadar Police Station to register an FIR and to take action under the Maharashtra Police Act, as against her daughter-Jyoti Kishan Gehi. 3.

Learned A.P.P has tendered a copy of the FIR dated 11th March, 2024. The said copy of the FIR is taken on record. 4.

From the said FIR, it appears that the Dadar Police Station has registered an FIR as against Jyoti Gehi under Sections 447, 188, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
