1) This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No. 85 of 2024, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide the order dated 7th August 2024. Learned Advocate for the Applicants/Petitioners submitted that she was present in the Court but she was confused about the serial number and, 1/2

Due to this confusion on her part, the Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. She submitted that the parties have settled the matter and therefore, in the interest of justice Original Writ Petition be restored to its file.

2) Considering these submissions, in the interest of justice and since the parties have settled the matter, we are inclined to allow this Application by restoring the Petition to its original file. Hence, the following order:

ORDER
