I have passed the order dated 18.10.2024 which is the subject matter of the present Interim Application. Request is made to modify the order dated 18.10.2024 by the present Interim Application filed on

907.IA.4613.2024.doc 21.10.2024. It was moved urgently before me by Mr. Sayed yesterday and I have listed the matter today for hearing. Request is made to the Court that a subsequent report which has been received by the Applicants who are the police officers pursuant to the passing of the order dated 18.10.2024 be considered by this Court for modifying and review of the order dated 18.10.2024.

Copy of the Interim Application has been served on Respondent No.1. He is directed to file his Affidavit-in-Reply. He desires to file his written notes of arguments. Filing of such written notes of arguments is not the procedure established by this Court. Respondents are directed to file appropriate Affidavit-in-Reply within a period of two weeks from today.
