By this Application, Applicant is seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Respondents.
2.
The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that, while granting anticipatory bail to Respondents, they were directed not to influence the Complainant and prosecution witnesses, inspite of that, the Respondents assaulted the First Informant and witnesses. The separate FIR has been lodged in N.S. Kamble page 1 of 3
that regard. Moreover, several NC's are filed against Respondents. Respondents have breached the conditions of anticipatory bail order. Hence, requested to allow the Application.
2.
It is contention of the learned Senior counsel for Respondent No.2 that, as per direction of this Court the Respondents are staying out of the jurisdiction of the place of offence. Only to harass and cancel anticipatory bail granted to the Respondents, the Applicant is filing false complaint against the Respondents.

In the second FIR the Trial Court has granted regular bail to the Respondents. In the present matter investigation is completed and charge-sheet has been filed against the Respondents. Hence, requested to reject the Application.
