DATED : 26th NOVEMBER, 2024 P.C:- Since the Interim Application seeks suspension of sentence during the pendency of the Appeal, which prayer was rejected on earlier three occasions, we are of the opinion that since the Appeal is ready for hearing, it shall be heard finally. While disposing of the Interim Application No.4639 of 2024, we grant liberty to the counsel for the Appellant to mention the Appeal for hearing on re-opening after Christmas Vacation, so that a fix date can be assigned for hearing of the Appeal.
