Manoj 7-ABA-3017-2024.doc 4) Learned Advocate Mr.Jha for the Applicant submits that, Mr.Ratnesh Choudhary, co-accused in the same crime has been granted an ad-interim bail vide order dated 29th October, 2024 in Anticipatory Bail Application (Stamp) No.22852 of 2024. He submits that, the Applicant is ready to attend before the Investigating Officer for investigation purpose as may be directed by this Court.
5) The Investigating Officer Ms. Poonam Ruge, API attached to Sakinaka Police Station through learned APP made a statement that, she will interrogate the Applicant if he attends the police station from 11th to 18th November, 2024 and in that event, she will not take coercive steps against the Applicant, till the next date.
6) In view thereof, the Applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer i.e. Ms.Poonam Ruge, API from 11th to 18th November 2024, between 12 noon to 4.00 pm at Sakinaka Police Station. 7) The Applicant shall not tamper with prosecution evidence and not to influence any of the witnesses of the offence. 8) Stand over to 21st November, 2024.
