In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Jagjeet Singh & Ors. vs. Ashish Mishra @Monu & Anr., in Criminal Appeal No. 632 of 2022, it is held that a victim is entitled to be heard during adjudication of bail application of the accused.

In view of the same, the interim application is allowed. 3.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith. The amended copy of the anticipatory bail application be served on the other side.
