Learned counsel submitted that after the application was rejected, he was in custody for about a year and thereafter he was not aware of the legal remedies available to him. He has a very poor financial condition. Therefore there is delay. 3.
Learned APP opposed these grounds. However, considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Applicant and in the interest of justice, the delay of two years and 143 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 4.
The Appeal be processed further and be listed for consideration on 11/02/2025.
