Learned Advocate for Respondent No.1 is agreeable for meeting between the Applicant and the child "R" at Thane Family Court, on 11th November 2024, in between 2.00p.m. to 5.30p.m. 2) Hence, the Respondent No.1 shall take the child from the school directly to the Court on 11th November 2024, for the said meeting as the School is at 15 minutes distance from the Court. 3) In view thereof, no other relief is required in the aforesaid application at this stage. Hence, the Interim Application stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
