In the course of his submission, Mr. Sayed has placed on record communication addressed by this Court to Law Enforcement Agencies regarding availability of Video Conferencing facility at Courts of Vasai, Palghar and Panvel. He would draw my attention to the subject matter which is contained in the communication which is in the form of email. Since the same is not part of pleadings, I direct the Review Petitioners to file appropriate Affidavit and place the same on record alongwith any other relevant document which they desire to place on record. Advance copy of said Affidavit alongwith Annexures shall be served on Mr. Katarnaware and the learned APP in advance for his consideration.
