This interim application is directed to be listed on 28th November 2024. By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of condition (B) imposed by this Court in order dated 10th September 2024, while granting bail to the applicant. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that while the interim application may be heard and decided, but there is a grave urgency, as the grandfather of the applicant has expired in the morning today and the applicant desires to attend the last rites of his grandfather.

In that light, by way of interim direction, the applicant is permitted to leave the jurisdiction of Greater Bombay from today, till Monday i.e. 18th November 2024.

The applicant shall report to the office of the Enforcement Directorate, Mumbai, on Tuesday i.e. 19th November 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

The interim application shall be taken up for consideration on 28th November 2024 (High on Board).
