The Applicant has preferred this Application to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,85,000/- deposited in the Registry of this Court, pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 27th February 2024, with the interest accrued thereon ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL 3.

The order of interim Anticipatory Bail was made absolute by an Order dated 21st October 2024. The Learned Counsel for ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2024.12.06 11:39:56 +0530 the Applicant invites attention of the Court to the charge-sheet lodged by the Investigation Officer wherein it is recorded that as the investigation did not reveal the complicity of the Applicant, 1/2

In view of the aforesaid development, the Applicant is entitled to the refund of the amount which he has deposited. Hence the following order.

ORDER

(i) Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

(ii) The amount of Rs.1,85,000/- along with interest accrued thereon be refunded to the Applicant on proper identification and in accordance with the Rules. (iii) Application disposed.
