In this case, the office remark shows that the Respondent No.2 is served, however, nobody is representing her. Therefore, the Legal Services Authority of this Court is requested to appoint a suitable Advocate from their panel to represent the Respondent No.2, if not appointed already pursuant to the order dated 06.01.2025. Mr. Zade, learned counsel who has filed this Appeal has pointed out a letter sent through jail by the Appellant, wherein, it was mentioned that, under some information the Appellant is under the impression that Mr. Zade is no more. Obviously, this information is not correct. Mr. Zade is very much present before the Court today. By the same letter, the Appellant has requested for appointment of a senior advocate.

Therefore, Legal Services Authority of this Court is requested to have video conference with the Appellant regarding this issue and seek his response. If he still insists in appointing a senior advocate from the panel, the Legal Services Authority may consider his request. But this shall be done at the earliest considering the period for which the Appellant is in custody. 4.
For further consideration and for fixing the early date of heating, the matter be listed on 10.07.2025.
