Interim Application No.4700 of 2024 is filed through jail by the Applicant praying for expeditious hearing of the Appeal or granting bail to him. There is a communication received from the Legal Services Authority of this Court wherein it is recommended that Shri Zade be relieved from appearing in this case and permission is sought to appoint another Counsel from their Panel.

Considering the communication dated 05/07/2025 received from the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai, the said Committee is permitted to appoint another Advocate from their Panel to represent the Applicant. Shri Zade, learned Advocate is relieved from the responsibility of appearing in this Appeal.

The new Counsel be appointed by the Committee as early as possible. The office shall handover the necessary papers to the newly appointed Advocate.

The matter be listed for final disposal at the bottom of the admission board on 19/08/2025.
