This is an intervention application filed by the father of the deceased. The Respondents (original Appellants/accused) have filed Criminal Appeal No.429 of 2016 challenging the Judgment and order dated 11.05.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai, in Sessions Case No.786 of 2014, against their conviction and sentence. Learned counsel for the original Appellants/Accused opposed this application for intervention. However, in the interest of justice, the applicant is permitted to intervene in the Appeal. He shall be added as a Respondent No.2. Amendment in the Appeal memo shall be carried out forthwith.

Learned counsel for the present applicant i.e. the proposed Respondent No.2 in the main Appeal is permitted to assist the learned APP at the stage of final hearing. 4.
