Learned Counsel for the Intervener makes a grievance on instructions, that the Applicant in the Anticipatory Bail Application (ABA) is misusing the liberty granted under ad-interim order dated 29/10/2024 inasmuch as on 12/11/2024, the Applicant had entered the agricultural land of the Intervener and threatened him.
