DATED:- 21st NOVEMBER, 2024 PC :- 1) The applicant seeks relaxation of condition i.e. Clause (iii) of the order dated 6th August, 2024, where by the applicant was directed to attend the Police Station on 1st and 16th day of each month between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon, till the conclusion of the trial; except on the date of trial.

2) The applicant seeks modification on the ground that she has minor children and her husband is in jail.

3) Considering the nature of difficulty, I am of the opinion that as the applicant has regularly attended the Police Station as directed to her after the order was passed on 6th August, 2024, till date, the application needs to be allowed.

4) Accordingly, the condition No. (iii) stated in operative part dated 6th August, 2024 is hereby relaxed. Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed and disposed of.
