By this application, the applicant seeks further extension of temporary bail granted by this Court to the applicant vide orders dated 18th December, 2023, 5th April, 2024 and 23rd September, 2024. 2.

According to the learned Counsel for the applicant, the 1/3

applicant's heart is working only 20%. A certificate from a private hospital is annexed to the application. Learned Counsel for the applicant states that a certificate from a Government Hospital with respect to the medical condition of the applicant's heart will be tendered on the next date.

Accordingly, we direct the Head of the Department of Cardiology, Sir J.J.Hospital, Mumbai, alongwith another Cardiologist, to examine the applicant and submit a report to this Court with respect to the applicant's heart condition and his ability to function and perform day-to-day activities. The said report to be submitted to us within two weeks from today.

Learned APP as well as learned Counsel for the applicant to communicate the said order to the Heard of the Department of Cardiology, Sir J.J.Hospital, Mumbai, so as to enable him to form a Panel consisting of himself and another Cardiologist to examine the applicant and submit their report on or before the next date, through the learned APP.

Stand over to 3rd December, 2024.

The applicant need not surrender till the next date. 7.
