P. C. :- 1) In furtherance of our earlier Orders, the Registrar of JJ Group of Hospitals today submitted medical reports of the Applicant. A minute perusal of the said reports indicates that, those are of Gopal Lakshmichand Ahuja and Sudhanshumohan Dwivedi. It appears to us that, the Registrar of JJ Group of Hospitals has no time to even see the name of the concerned person, who has been directed to be examined by the Medical Board by this Court. We are therefore left with no alternative but to direct the Dean of JJ Group of Hospitals to file a detailed reply to the Petition. 1.1) Said reply be filed on or before 13th October, 2025. 1/2
