Learned Counsel for the applicant has tendered the Medical Report of the applicant given by Dr.Godbole's Heart Care Centre Private Limited. The same is taken on record. 2.

Similarly, learned APP has tendered a report of November, 2024 of the Cardiologist from the Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Byculla, Mumbai, which shows that the patient's ability to function are limited to sedentary work only considering that he is in persistent heart failure because of very low cardiac function. It further states that he has only performed sedentary activities like lying or sitting that requires very low energy. The said report is also taken on record. However, the report is of November, 2024.

Accordingly, we direct the Head of the Department of Cardiology, Sir J.J.Group of Hospitals, Byculla, Mumbai, to reexamine the applicant with respect to his medical condition, at present 2/3

and submit a report to this Court on or before 23rd April, 2025. 4.

Stand over to 23rd April, 2025. To be placed on the Supplementary Board.

Interim relief, granted earlier, to continue till the next date. DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J.
