The Applicant is presently on temporary bail on medical ground, having regard to his ailment.

Today, learned APP has tendered a fresh Medical Report of the Applicant of J.J. Group of Hospitals. The said report is taken on record. The diagnosis mentioned in the report reads thus: "Diagnosis-Ischemic heart Disease with Ischemic Cardiomyopathy with severely depressed LV function with heart failure (NYHA Class III) As per above diagnosis Patient's ability to function is limited.

Patient ability to function is limited to sedentary work only which is the activity which requires less than 1.6 METS. In simple terms patient is in persistent heart failure because of very low cardiac function and can perform only sedentary activities (like lying or sitting that require very low energy requirements) or at the most writing, desk work, walking (very slow) or activities inside home requiring low energy. Patient needs to take medicines regularly".

Considering the aforesaid, the interim relief granted earlier to continue till 25th August 2025.

The fresh Medical Report of the Applicant to be submitted by the J.J. Group of Hospitals through the learned APP. 2/3
