The Applicant Manish Jadhav is presently on temporary bail on medial grounds as can be seen from the order Nesarikar

2 / 2 11-APEAL-256-18.odt dated 23/04/2025. Vide the said order a Division Bench of this Court had granted extension to the interim bail granted to the Applicant till today. Hence the matter is placed on today's board.

Learned APP seeks time to file fresh medical report as was directed vide the said order. The order mentions that the fresh medical reports of the Applicant be submitted by the J.J. Group of Hospitals. Till today no such report is filed. Therefore, learned APP is directed to file a fresh medical report prepared by the J.J. Group of Hospitals within a period of one month from today.

The matter be listed on 30/09/2025. Till then, the interim bail granted for a temporary period to the Applicant Manish Jadhav is extended on the same terms.
