This is an application seeking relaxation of the condition incorporated in clause-12 of the order dated 4th October, 2024 and permit the applicant to enter the limits of Kalyan City for a period of two weeks as the grandmother of the applicant has passed away. Copy of the cause of death 1/2

501-IA4758-2024IN BA2598-2024.DOC certificate issued by a registered Medical Practitioner is annexed to the application.

Mr. Chavan, the learned Special PP, submits that in view of the cause assigned, the Court may consider the prayer. However, the relaxation cannot be granted for the period of two weeks as prayed for by the applicant. 6.

In view of the reasons ascribed in the application, the condition incorporated in clause-12 of the order dated 4th October, 2024 stands suspended for a period of ten days from today.

The applicant shall, however, abide by the rest of the conditions scrupulously.
