This Court by order dated 19.07.2024 while releasing the applicant on bail has imposed the following condition : " The applicant shall report to the Indira Nagar Police Station, Nashik once every week, on every Sunday between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial."

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is the resident of Thane. He is incurring lot of expenses to travel from Thane to Nashik. It is submitted that Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

911-IA-4764-2024.doc instead applicant is ready to attend the Mumbra Police Station at Thane.

On the other hand, the learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State submits that the investigation of the present crime is still going on. Considering the nature of offence, condition in question was imposed by this Court. Learned A.P.P. on instructions however submits that the prosecution has no objection if the condition in question is suitably modified considering the fact that the applicant is resident of Thane. 4.

Considering the over all facts and circumstances and as the applicant is resident of Thane, the applicant shall attend the Indira Nagar police Station, Nashik once in a month i.e. on first Sunday of the month between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. till conclusion of trial instead of once in week as ordered by this Court.
