By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of conditions (b) and (d) of the operative part of order dated 16th January 2024 passed by this Court (Coram : Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the condition (b), the applicant was directed not to enter the area of Nashik District after being released on bail except for reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called and for attending the trial and by condition (d), the applicant was directed to report to Songir Police SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Station, District-Dhule once every month, on every Sunday between SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2025.02.04 17:11:40 +0530 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. 1/2

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a lady. She is suffering from illness. At present, she is staying with her distant relative. Her family stays at Nashik. Due to illness, she wants to stay with her family members. Hence, requested to allow the application. 4.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.

I have heard both learned counsel. The applicant is lady. At present, she stays with her distant relative. She is suffering from illness. Due to illness, she wants to stay with her family members. Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, I pass following order :

O R D E R

(I) The bail conditions mentioned in clauses (b) and (d) of the operative part of the order dated 16th January 2024 passed by this Court (Coram : Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) are relaxed. (ii) The applicant shall attend Gangapur Police Station and and when required.

The interim application stands disposed of.
