This is an application for modification of the condition No. (c) of order dated 28th August 2024, granting bail to the applicant. The applicant seeks modification to the extent that he may be allowed to attend 'Mumbra Police Station' instead of 'Indira Nagar Police Station, Nashik'. I am of the opinion that the purpose of imposing such condition will not be frustrated if such modification is made. Accordingly, condition No. (c) of order dated 28th August 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 2879 of 2024 is hereby modified and the same shall be read as under:

(c) "The Applicant shall report to the Mumbra Police varsha
